These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SwyftTrust website, mobile applications, and all related banking, investment, escrow, and other financial services (collectively, the "Services"). By opening an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
"Account" means any personal, business, or wealth management account you hold with SwyftTrust.
"User", "you", "your" refers to the individual or entity using our Services.
"We", "us", "our" refers to SwyftTrust and its affiliates.
"Dashboard" refers to the online portal where you manage your Account and Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to verify your identity and require documentation (including KYC) before activating your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and Wallet PIN. Any activity under your Account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We charge fees for certain transactions and account features as disclosed in our Fee Schedule, available on our website and within your Dashboard. Fees may include, but are not limited to, account maintenance, wire transfers, currency conversion, and loan origination. You agree to pay all applicable fees. We will notify you of any changes to our Fee Schedule at least 30 days in advance.
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
We monitor transactions for compliance and may suspend or terminate your Account if we detect prohibited activity, as required by law.
You must enable two‑factor authentication (2FA) and set a unique Wallet PIN. You are responsible for securing your devices and login credentials. SwyftTrust will never ask for your password or PIN via email or phone. Report any security breach immediately to support@swyfttrust.com.
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on our website and applications are owned by or licensed to SwyftTrust. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our collection and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to our privacy practices.
No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free access.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwyftTrust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of your use of the Services.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwyftTrust and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
We may suspend or terminate your Account without prior notice if we suspect fraud, illegal activity, or breach of these Terms. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, we will return any remaining funds to a verified account in your name, subject to applicable regulations and deductions for outstanding fees.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Paris, France, in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce. Each party shall bear its own costs.
